Supply of Security and Official Forms

This contract involves the delivery of security forms and official police forms. Detailed specifications and quantities are provided in Annex 2 of the procurement documentation, which also serves as the pricing form. Deliveries will be made to the warehouse of the Ordering Party located at KWP in Krakow, ul. Mogilska 109. Throughout the contract, the Ordering Party will provide the Contractor with samples of the official forms and security documents. The framework agreement does not prevent the Ordering Party from ordering these supplies through separate public procurement procedures if there is a lack of interest from Contractors covered by the framework agreement or in other justified cases. The paper specifications are included in Annex 5 of the procurement documentation. The paper for the specified assortment must meet the standards provided by the Ordering Party in Annex 5 or equivalent standards.
