Insurance for Air Traffic Management Liability

This public procurement contract involves securing mandatory liability insurance for the Air Traffic Management of the Czech Republic (ŘLP ČR, s.p.). The insurance covers damages or other injuries arising from its activities and services related to air traffic management. The insurance is valid worldwide. The insured amount is €650,000,000 for each individual incident caused by operational activities during one insurance period, with a maximum of €650,000,000 for one insurance period in cases of liability for damages or other injuries caused by product defects. One insurance period is defined as one calendar year.
