Cleaning and Waste Removal Services in the Netherlands

The contracting authority intends to establish a multi-year agreement for cleaning services and window cleaning at both central and regional offices, as well as at one child living group (KWG), totaling 22 locations. The contract focuses on service delivery that emphasizes continuity, quality, and collaboration. The authority plans to start the agreements on January 1, 2026, with the implementation period for services beginning no later than Monday, November 3, 2025. The agreements will have an initial duration of two (2) years, with the possibility of two (2) extensions of two (2) years each, resulting in a maximum contract duration of six (6) years. The contract is divided into three geographical lots. Bidders can apply for multiple lots without restriction. The total gross floor area for cleaning services is approximately 12,190 m², distributed across the following three lots: Lot 1: Northern Netherlands – approximately 2,504 m² across 5 locations; Lot 2: Central Netherlands – approximately 6,865 m² across 10 locations; Lot 3: Southern Netherlands – approximately 2,821 m² across 7 locations. Window cleaning is an integral part of this contract. The total glass area that needs to be cleaned periodically is distributed across the following three lots: Lot 1: Northern Netherlands – 5 locations; Lot 2: Central Netherlands – 9 locations; Lot 3: Southern Netherlands – 7 locations.
