Nokia City Outdoor Electrical and Lighting Services

The procurement involves outdoor lighting and electrical work for the city of Nokia (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”). The scope of work includes the construction and maintenance of outdoor electrical and lighting works, electrical work related to the additional street lighting network, and measures related to the renovation of street lighting. Additionally, the procurement includes electrical work related to the lighting and other technology for the city’s fields, sports areas, routes, and other potential sites, as well as the preparation of electrical and lighting design plans. Please refer to the detailed description of the procurement object in the tender document attachment 2 "Description of the Procurement Object". A framework agreement will be established for this procurement. Up to three (3) suppliers meeting the suitability requirements and tender requirements will be selected for the framework agreement, unless there are fewer suitable suppliers or acceptable offers. Service providers will be prioritized based on overall economic advantage, with the lowest price being the basis for overall economic advantage. The contract period is 48 months, with the actual contract period planned from June 1, 2025, to May 31, 2029.
