Construction of Court Building Lease Agreement in Sundsvall

The Swedish Courts Authority is planning to conduct a procurement process for a lease agreement within Sundsvall municipality. The premises should be located within the marked area as per the attached area map dated June 27, 2025. The tenant will be the Swedish Courts Authority, and the users of the premises will include the Sundsvall District Court, the Rent and Lease Board in Sundsvall, and the Legal Aid Authority. The Swedish Courts Authority will prepare a specific local program for the premises. The advance notice includes a draft of the local program to provide an understanding of the volume of the premises; see the attached draft local program for Sundsvall District Court, HAN, RN dated June 23, 2022, revised February 14, 2025. The bidder's commitment includes acquiring land/property/building, carrying out detailed design and construction work, obtaining necessary permits from authorities, leasing the premises through a lease agreement, and property management.
