Maintenance Services for Radio Communication Systems

This contract aims to establish a framework agreement for the preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance support of the Tetra radio communication system across three sites of the European Parliament located in Luxembourg, Brussels, and Strasbourg. The contract consists of a single lot. Radio communication is the primary method of communication during incidents or crises for all DG SAFE personnel, including security staff, armed agents, and close protection personnel. Additionally, national emergency services (e.g., firefighters) must be equipped with PE radios to communicate effectively during interventions in our buildings. Therefore, it is essential to ensure that the entire infrastructure receives regular maintenance.
