Engineering Services for Sanitary Sewage Network Project in Luboń

This contract involves the development of a project in accordance with the applicable Building Law and the Regulation of the Minister of Development and Technology dated December 20, 2021, regarding the detailed scope and form of project documentation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, and functional and utility program. The project includes the design of a sanitary sewage network with connections in Luboń as part of the investment task 5-02-15-039-1, along with obtaining a valid building permit decision or notification of construction works. The contractor will also be responsible for author supervision during the implementation phase of the works based on the project documentation from the date of the contract signing with the construction contractor until the final acceptance protocol is signed. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in Annex 8 to the SWZ.
