Storage and Warehousing Services for Seized Property in Hungary

This contract involves the storage and security of seized vehicles and other property (evidence) 24/7 throughout the year. The supplier will be responsible for storing up to 300 vehicles (including passenger and/or commercial vehicles, motorcycles, trailers) and 50 square meters of other property (such as concrete mixers, tablet machines, industrial grinders, cables, and vehicle parts). The supplier must also handle necessary movements within the site, as well as related record-keeping, data reporting, and administrative tasks. Upon receipt of the evidence, a qualified professional must inspect the condition of the items in the presence of the buyer's representative, compare it with the receipt data sheet, and document the findings in a report. The report must detail the basic information, damages, accidents, and any other factors affecting the value and usability of the evidence. Before the sale or destruction of the seized vehicles, the condition must be re-evaluated in the presence of the buyer's representative, and any changes must be recorded. The storage site must be located in Budapest or Pest County, with a minimum area of 5,400 square meters, including at least 50 square meters of covered space. The surface for vehicle placement must be solid, gravel, or crushed stone, and the covered area must protect vehicles from precipitation. The building for storing other property must be at least 50 square meters, fireproof, dry, secured with locks, and have shelving. The buyer requires the use of the building up to its full height (minimum 2.5 meters). All areas for storing seized property must be continuously monitored 24/7. The winning supplier will also be responsible for transporting the items listed in the evidence register (which includes 254 passenger vehicles under 3.5 tons, 6 motorcycles, 1 trailer, and 30 square meters of other property) from the current location in Budapest to the proposed storage site.
