Waste Collection and Management Services for the Municipality of Dąbrówka

This contract involves the collection and management of municipal waste in the Municipality of Dąbrówka. Specifically, the contractor will be responsible for: 1. Collecting and managing municipal waste from residential properties, non-residential properties (such as public institutions), and designated selective waste collection points (PSZOK). The contractor will also handle waste from illegal dumping sites. The contractor must ensure that the collected waste is managed in compliance with legal regulations. 2. The buyer will compensate the contractor for each metric ton of municipal waste collected and managed. 3. Upon signing the contract, the buyer will provide the contractor with an updated list of properties from which waste should be collected, as well as properties that have declared the use of compost bins. This list will be updated monthly. The contractor is prohibited from collecting organic waste from properties that have declared composting.
