Brief
This contract involves the development, delivery, and maintenance of the 'Save Lives' information system infrastructure. The contractor will be responsible for designing, implementing, deploying, testing, launching, and maintaining the 'Save Lives' information system. This system aims to enhance the management of human and organizational resources in the Greater Poland Voivodeship as part of the 'Save Lives! Volunteer Emergency Services First on Scene' project, co-financed by the European Union under the Regional Program for European Funds for Greater Poland 2021-2027. The system will respond to threats arising from environmental disasters and emergencies by informing trained volunteer firefighters about the precise location of incidents, life-threatening situations, and the need for first aid until emergency services arrive. The contract includes several key actions: 1) Action I - Design, implementation, deployment, testing, and launch of the information system. 2) Action II - A minimum 12-month warranty starting from the final acceptance date of the system implementation, lasting until at least the end of June 2027. 3) Action III - Transfer of copyright ownership of the created work along with post-implementation documentation and source codes. 4) Action IV - Conducting up to 8 training sessions on administrative and substantive handling of each system module, lasting a maximum of 8 hours per session for groups of up to 15 participants. 5) Action V - (Option 1) Development work on the information system to create additional functionalities, involving 300 programming hours. 6) Action VI - (with the option) Maintenance service for the implemented system, including network-server infrastructure, system updates for compatibility with current Android/iOS versions and browsers, and service provision to ensure guaranteed maintenance levels, including system stability and security. a. Basic order: system maintenance from the final acceptance date until June 30, 2027. b. Order under the option (Option 2): system maintenance from July 1, 2027, to June 30, 2029.
