Payment Services for HSL

Helsingin Seudun Liikenne (HSL) is seeking a supplier for an omnichannel payment acceptance and card acquiring solution. This solution aims to enhance HSL's payment processes, making them more user-friendly, efficient, and compliant. The required services include: 1. **Payment Terminals**: Physical in-store payment terminals and unattended terminals for outdoor self-service. 2. **Online Payment Solutions**: A checkout solution for HSL's digital channels. 3. **Payment Methods**: A wide selection of payment methods and Payment Service Provider (PSP) services for all sales channels. 4. **Software and Hardware Updates**: Regular updates for software (including bug fixes, security updates, and compliance with PCI DSS and legislation) and hardware throughout the contract period. 5. **Management Portal**: A reporting and management portal with necessary APIs. 6. **Daily Operations**: Management of internal processes and provision of necessary staff resources for service delivery. 7. **Customer Support**: Ongoing customer service support for HSL. The supplier must be a reputable company specializing in payment solutions, capable of ensuring compliance and future development of the payment solution. The payment solution will be provided as a service for a monthly fee, and HSL is not looking to purchase software development teams or hardware. The procurement includes both mandatory and optional requirements. Mandatory requirements must be met in the supplier's offer, while optional requirements are additional features that can be included. HSL may order additional payment terminals and checkout solutions during the contract period but is not obligated to do so. All deadlines are in Finnish time.
