Animal Feed Supply Contract

This contract is for the supply of permeate whey intended for pig farming, with a total quantity of 3000 kg. The product is used as an additive in animal feed. The VAT rate applies according to the category of animal food, classified under the Combined Nomenclature (CN) codes, as listed in Annex 10 of the VAT Act. Required technical and quality parameters include: - Lactose content: minimum 80% - Total protein: minimum 3.0% Microbiological purity requirements: - E. coli (CFU/g): absent - Salmonella (CFU/25g): absent - Enterobacteriaceae (CFU/g): absent - Fungi and molds (CFU/g): absent - Total microbial count (CFU/g): < 10,000 Shelf life for feed production is 12 months from the production date. Technical parameters: - Form: microcapsules with excellent flowability - Product form: anhydrous lactose, non-hygroscopic. Each delivery must include a quality certificate for the product. To confirm the stated quality parameters, the buyer requires the inclusion of relevant evidence in the offer. The buyer is a taxpayer of agricultural tax and will use the ordered product for its own needs.
