Framework Agreement for Elevator Project Management Services

This contract opportunity is for architectural, engineering, and planning services related to elevator projects. The CAPBP is coordinating a group of public entities, including CAPBP, VDP, CCAS, the municipality of Bougarber, the municipality of Uzos, and SMPBPM. The framework agreement will allow for the issuance of purchase orders and the conclusion of subsequent contracts under the following conditions: For non-urgent services costing up to €5,000 (excluding VAT) and for urgent services regardless of the amount, a framework agreement with purchase orders will be used. For non-urgent services exceeding €5,000 (excluding VAT), a framework agreement with subsequent contracts will apply. This framework agreement will be awarded to a maximum of three economic operators, provided there are enough offers. The maximum value of services for the initial period of the framework agreement and for each renewal period is as follows: CAPBP: €50,000 (excluding VAT), VDP: €50,000 (excluding VAT), CCAS: €10,000 (excluding VAT), Municipality of Bougarber: €10,000 (excluding VAT), Municipality of Uzos: €10,000 (excluding VAT), SMPBPM: €5,000 (excluding VAT). The framework agreement is established for an initial period of one year from the notification date and can be renewed up to three times, with each renewal lasting one year. The total maximum duration of the contract, including all renewal periods, is four years. The anticipated start date is June 29, 2025.
