Romania – Supply of Various Medicines for National HIV Program

This procurement opportunity involves a framework agreement for the supply of medicines used in the treatment of HIV patients. The selected procedure is an open auction, as the total value of all lots exceeds the threshold specified in Article 7, paragraph (1), letter c) of Law no. 98/2016, with subsequent amendments. The framework agreement is set for 24 months from the date of signing, allowing the contracting authority to award subsequent contracts on a monthly or quarterly basis, depending on actual needs and allocated funds. Subsequent contracts will be concluded only at the request of the Program Coordinator and the Pharmacy of the Hospital. The awarding of these contracts will depend on budget allocation.
