Soybean Meal Procurement for Animal Feed

This contract is for the procurement of 75 tons of Hi-Pro soybean meal with a minimum protein content of 46%. The soybean meal will be used in the production of animal feed. The VAT rate will be in accordance with the food category for animals as classified in the Combined Nomenclature (CN), as outlined in Annex 10 of the VAT Act. The soybean meal must meet the following specifications: - Maximum moisture content: 12.5% - Minimum crude protein content: 46.0% - Minimum crude fat content: 1.0% - Maximum crude fiber content: 4.0% Quality parameters include: - Salmonella must be absent in a 25g sample. The buyer requires that the soybean meal has a low level of contamination by anaerobic spore-forming bacteria. If testing reveals the presence of these bacteria at a level of 0.0001g, the buyer will return the purchased batch at the seller's expense. The buyer is a taxpayer of agricultural tax and will use the product for its own needs.
