Central System and Digital Twin for Traffic Management

This procurement contract aims to expand and integrate a central system and digital twin developed under the EUREKA project (2020-1.2.3-EUREKA-2021-00001), which supports the testing and operation of automated vehicles. The project focuses on creating a transportation system based on a central system that utilizes state-of-the-art technologies and data from sensors placed in the infrastructure to support the testing and operation of autonomous vehicles, particularly in environmental sensing and central vehicle control. The primary tasks include: 1. Phase I: Creating additional sensor islands to support the central system on the M1-M7 highway's urban section (design and implementation). 2. Phase II: Integrating the digital twin with the central traffic management system.
