Construction of Bille-Gymnasium at Billwerder Straße 31

SBH | Schulbau Hamburg, a state-owned enterprise of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg, is responsible for planning, constructing, maintaining, and managing school properties while considering educational needs and economic principles. The former school buildings at Billwerder Straße 31 have been demolished, and a new Bille-Gymnasium is to be constructed on the site. The new gymnasium is designed to accommodate 3.5 classes and will consist of three building structures with redesigned outdoor areas. One of these structures, Project 21-0005, will be an individual building that includes administrative and teaching spaces, as well as multifunctional areas for the school (cafeteria, stage, music) and additional classrooms. The building is planned as a four-story solid construction with a façade made of brick. The flat roof will be a green roof and will be prepared for a photovoltaic system. This project specifically involves high-voltage electrical work.
