High Capacity Sequencing Instrument for Medical Microbiology

This procurement opportunity is for a complete high capacity sequencing instrument, including necessary software and licenses, for the Department of Medical Microbiology at Helse Stavanger HF in Norway. The instrument should be a short-read sequencer capable of processing DNA fragments ranging from 100 to 300 base pairs. It will be used for sequencing bacterial isolates, deep sequencing of microbiome samples, and generating sequences for short-read polishing through hybrid assembly of bacterial isolates. Additionally, a framework agreement will be established for the procurement of related equipment and consumables. Suppliers are encouraged to submit clear and precise tenders, as any deviations from the tender documentation may lead to rejection.
