Hertfordshire Skills Bootcamp Framework Provider Tender - August 2026

Hertfordshire County Council is seeking a framework provider to deliver Skills Bootcamps - flexible training programmes (up to 16 weeks) that equip adults aged 19+ with in-demand skills and provide guaranteed job interviews upon completion. The programme targets employed, unemployed, and self-employed individuals seeking to retrain, upskill, or access new opportunities, while helping employers fill medium-to-higher level vacancies and improve productivity. Training covers both regulated qualifications and industry-standard non-regulated skills across priority sectors including Construction and Built Environment, Engineering and Manufacturing, Digital, Creative and Design, Business and Administration, Education and Early Years, and Transport and Logistics, with expansion to emerging Industrial Strategy priorities. Providers must demonstrate evidence of local labour market demand, vacancies, and alignment with Local Skills Improvement Plans and relevant authority guidance. Submissions must be made via the In-Tend portal before the stated deadline. Please note: contracts will be executed as deeds; independent legal advice is recommended. The Council reserves the right to cease the procurement or award only part of this opportunity.
