24-Hour Emergency Temporary Accommodation Service

South Lanarkshire Council is seeking a service provider to deliver emergency access temporary accommodation at the Clydesdale Street location in Hamilton. The service must operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with continuous waking night staffing and no lone working arrangements. Staff must be available to receive and support service users presenting as homeless. This service directly supports South Lanarkshire Council's legal duty to provide temporary accommodation for homeless households requiring emergency access. The provider will be responsible for all staffing, support services, and facility management at the designated site.
