Printing and Distribution Services Contract

The Conseil Départemental de la Gironde is seeking suppliers for printing and distribution services. This contract involves outsourcing the processing of printing, folding, postage, and mailing of notifications and letters related to the Department and the MDPH (Maison Départementale des Personnes Handicapées). The maximum value of the framework agreement for each execution period is set at: - From the notification date until December 31, 2025: €70,000 excluding VAT (€73,850 including VAT). - For each automatic one-year extension: €133,649.29 excluding VAT (€141,000 including VAT). Two VAT rates apply to this framework agreement: 20% on printing and folding services, and 0% on postage.
