Architectural and Engineering Services for Childcare Facility Construction in Le Val, France

The Provence Verte Agglomeration Community is responsible for early childhood services, including the creation, management, and operation of childcare facilities such as crèches and daycare centers. The association 'Les premiers Pas' has been operating the 'Les Petits Galopins' crèche since 1995, currently accommodating 16 children aged 3 months to 6 years. Due to new regulatory requirements effective September 2026, a new childcare facility will be constructed in Le Val. This facility will be designed to accommodate 24 children, with a potential overflow capacity of up to 28. Additionally, a space for the Early Childhood Relay and a Parent/Child Welcome Area will be available for 30 people. The project aims for a Silver BDM certification.
