This contract involves the installation of heating, cooling, and sanitary systems for the new Fart SA workshop and depot in Riazzino. Following the demolition of existing buildings, a new structure will be constructed, oriented north-south, featuring two ends and a central area dedicated to the workshop and bus depot. Additionally, an area for bus washing and refueling is planned to the east. Key components include: 2 reversible thermal machines (approx. 128 kW each), 1 gas boiler (approx. 70 kW), 1 hot energy accumulator (4,000 liters), 1 cold energy accumulator (4,500 liters), 19 circulation pumps, 53 fan coil units, underfloor heating (approx. 290 m²), sanitary fixtures for 7 sanitary units, fixtures for 2 changing rooms (male and female), 1 external heat pump water heater (600 liters), 1 heat pump boiler (400 liters), 1 high-efficiency water heater (2,000 liters), 6 wastewater lifting pumps, 2 fire hydrants, and 6 fire safety stations.
