Furniture Supply for Schools and Offices

This contract involves the consulting, delivery, assembly, instruction, and aftercare of school and office furniture for the locations specified by the buyer in section 1.2 of the procurement guidelines. The contractor must execute the contract according to the requirements outlined in Appendix 1. The buyer reserves the right to adjust the number of (school) locations during the contract period. Custom furniture and specialized furniture for practical classrooms are not included in the scope of this contract. The total value of the framework agreements is set by the buyer at a maximum of €2,000,000, including VAT, considering the total duration of the agreements and future indexing. The scope of the contract is defined as accurately as possible, but it is structured to allow the buyer to purchase additional furniture if necessary. No rights can be derived from the mentioned amounts.
