Czech Republic – Technical Projects for Civil Engineering Works – Optimization of the Railway Section from Český Těšín to Albrechtice and from Albrechtice to Havířov

This contract involves the preparation of two separate construction documentation projects titled "Optimization of the Railway Section from Český Těšín (outside) to Albrechtice near Český Těšín (including)" and "Optimization of the Railway Section from Albrechtice near Český Těšín (outside) to Havířov (outside)". The scope of work includes: - Preparing an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) notification as per the relevant environmental legislation. - Creating project documentation for the construction of transport infrastructure, which will be used to obtain the necessary construction permits. - Submitting applications for construction permits, including all required documentation. - Developing detailed project documentation for the railway construction in BIM format, which will serve as the basis for the construction tender. - Creating a BIM Information Model as part of the project deliverables. - Updating the project plan, including economic evaluations, as per the guidelines for transport infrastructure projects funded by the State Fund for Transport Infrastructure. - Providing project oversight during the construction phase. Additional requirements include preparing necessary documentation for the construction tender and a comprehensive budget. The contracting authority reserves the right to modify the scope of work as needed.
