Central Heating Repair and Maintenance Services

This contract is for the provision of repair and annual maintenance services for central heating systems and water heaters. The selected service provider will be responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining gas boilers, gas convectors, gas water heaters, ventilation systems, and water softeners in properties owned by La Maison des Hommes. The services will include: - Repairing heating systems or gas water heaters, gas convectors, ventilation systems, or water softeners. - Annual maintenance of gas heating systems and water heaters, as well as gas convectors, ventilation systems, and water softeners. The exact quantities of services required are not known at the time of contract award, as La Maison des Hommes cannot precisely determine the number of services needed. The number of maintenance services for boilers may increase or decrease during the contract period based on the number of existing boilers (removal due to demolition, installation of new boilers, replacement of defective units, etc.). The same applies to the CIAT cooling group and the GP GE LEMENS supply and extraction group, which currently consists of two units but may increase in quantity. Repairs will be ordered based on the company's needs, making it impossible to predict their number. Therefore, all positions are expressed in estimated quantities (QP). There is no guarantee of a minimum order quantity. The estimated quantities provided in the special conditions of this contract are purely indicative and do not bind La Maison des Hommes. Consequently, the awarded supplier does not have an acquired right to fulfill certain quantities and cannot claim any compensation if the estimated quantities are not met.
