Construction Works for Outdoor Facilities at Goetheschule, Neu-Isenburg

This contract involves the expansion and redesign of outdoor facilities at Goetheschule in Neu-Isenburg. The project aims to enhance the sports offerings in the playground area west of the school building and improve the quality of the outdoor space. Key activities include relocating the school boundary with a new gate to the street 'An den Grundwiesen', planting along the fence, reorganizing waste disposal areas, and adding new bicycle racks. The existing surfaces will largely remain intact, with only minor upgrades to enhance the current structures. Color markings for various sports fields and a chess area will be included. A new area with calisthenics equipment will be added, along with a new roof structure to provide shade and weather protection for students. The eastern edge of the playground will be transformed into a quiet retreat area with seating and robust plantings.
