The contract involves the construction of a new section of Provincial Road No. 527, extending from the city border to the railway viaduct on Nowobałtycka Street in Olsztyn. Key details include: 1. The scope of work is defined in the project documentation and technical specifications for construction execution and acceptance, as referenced in Article 103, paragraph 1 of the law. This documentation is attached as Annex 8 to the Terms of Reference (SWZ). 2. The description of the contract, including its size and scope, is outlined in the Terms of Reference and the contract template, which is Annex 7 to the SWZ. 3. The contracting authority anticipates awarding contracts as per Article 214, paragraph 1, point 7 of the law, with a budget of 50,000,000.00 PLN, under the conditions specified in the contract template. The detailed scope of construction work includes: 1) construction and/or reconstruction of technical infrastructure such as roads, streets, engineering structures, intersections, sidewalks, bicycle paths, driveways, pedestrian-bicycle paths, bus bays, technology channels, noise barriers, and anti-glare screens; 2) sanitary construction work - construction and reconstruction of drainage and water-sewage networks; 3) electrical and telecommunication construction work related to traffic light signaling and Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), as well as the construction of fiber optic networks.
