IT Equipment Supply for Educational Institutions in Grand Est Region, Alsace, and Meuse

The Grand Est Region, the European Community of Alsace, and the Meuse department are implementing a digital education policy for the schools they oversee. These three entities have formed a joint procurement group, coordinated by the Grand Est Region. This contract aims to supply IT equipment for approximately 402 educational institutions in the Grand Est Region, the European Community of Alsace, and the Meuse department, as well as for the internal services of the Grand Est Region. The contract is divided into three distinct lots: Lot 1 for Workstations, Lot 2 for Windows™ Mobile Devices, and Lot 3 for Google™ and Apple™ Mobile Devices. Each lot will be awarded through a multi-award framework agreement, with four suppliers per lot, leading to subsequent contracts. Given the recurring need for IT equipment, the joint procurement group renews 10% to 20% of the IT inventory of the educational institutions annually, while the Grand Est Region renews 20% of its internal IT inventory each year. The framework agreement will be valid for 12 months from the notification to the suppliers and can be automatically renewed three times for 12-month periods. Subsequent contracts for services covered by this framework agreement will be awarded as a single-award framework agreement with annual purchase orders.
