Construction of Apartment Building in Pohořelice

This public procurement contract involves the demolition of existing structures, site preparation, and the construction of an apartment building consisting of 44 residential units. The building will cover an area of 885 m² and have a total volume of 11,585 m³. The project includes several construction and engineering components: 1) Apartment Building 'A', 2) Site preparation and paved areas, 3) Waste collection site, 4) Landscaping, 5) Demolition of warehouses IO 241, 243, and 245, and utility connections.
