Procurement of Innovative Waste Systems in Norway

BIR AS is seeking suppliers for a dynamic procurement scheme (DPS) to provide modern and innovative waste management systems for various residential settings, including cottage fields, housing cooperatives, and condominiums in its owner municipalities. This procurement opportunity allows suppliers to apply for admission throughout the entire duration of the scheme, which lasts for 10 years. The specific needs and requirements will vary for each procurement, and detailed tender documentation will be provided accordingly. A provisional template for the competition is available. The estimated value of the dynamic purchasing system during the contract period is NOK 45 million, with a maximum financial limit of NOK 100 million, excluding VAT. If the upper limit is reached before the end of the contract period, the DPS may be terminated early. Suppliers can apply to join the scheme at any time.
