Construction Project for Modernization of Nutrition Department at Gunzenhausen Vocational School

This construction project involves the renovation and modernization of the Nutrition Department at the Gunzenhausen Vocational School. It includes the construction of an extension and the renovation of parts of the existing building. The goal is to accommodate all specialized classrooms for professions in home economics, gastronomy, baking, and butchery. The project is divided into three main areas: 1. Construction of an extension for specialized instruction connected to the existing building, including technical installations. 2. Renovation of the southern wing (basement and ground floor) with adjustments to room layouts, fire safety upgrades, removal of hazardous materials, renewal of the heating system, installation of decentralized ventilation units in classrooms, and renewal of electrical systems. 3. Renovation of the northern wing (ground and first floor) with similar adjustments to room layouts, including the establishment of a hygiene area with changing rooms and sanitary facilities, as well as upgrades to water and wastewater systems, fire safety improvements, and electrical system renewals.
