Laboratory Equipment and Supplies Procurement

This contract involves the establishment of a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) for the supply of laboratory instruments and spare parts, which are commonly available on the market. The procurement is intended for the employees of the University of Constantine the Philosopher in Nitra. Key components of this opportunity include the provision of warranty services, and potentially out-of-warranty services through a service technician, if requested by applicants during specific calls for offers. Additional related services include delivery of goods to the designated location, unloading at the delivery site, transportation to the final installation site, employee training if necessary, and collection and environmentally friendly disposal of packaging materials in accordance with the Waste Act (Law 79/2015).
