Brief
The contract involves the provision of services for the preparation of technical and economic documentation for the phases PT (Technical Project), DDE (Execution Details), and technical assistance from the designer, as well as the execution of construction works for the project "Expansion of the Smart Natural Gas Distribution Network in the Colonisti, Fetesti-Oras, Vlasca, and Buliga Neighborhoods of Fetesti Municipality and the Establishment of a Smart Natural Gas Distribution System in Stelnica Commune, Ialomita County." The contract includes: - Development of the technical project for execution and execution details - Technical assistance from the designer during the execution of works (according to the site control program, where the presence of the designer is mandatory and at the request of the Contractor or the Contracting Authority). - Execution of all works covered by the feasibility study. The estimated value has been calculated from the sum of the following budget chapters: Chapter 1 – 40,000 lei; Chapter 3: Expenses for design and technical assistance – 4,740,000.00 lei, including: Subchapter 3.5.6. Technical project and execution details – 4,500,000.00 lei Subchapter 3.8. – 240,000 lei (Technical assistance) Chapter 4: Expenses for basic investment – 107,998,344.55 lei; Chapter 4.1 98,528,494.55 lei; Chapter 4.2 277,750.00 lei; Chapter 4.3 8,432,100.00 lei; Chapter 4.5 60,000.00 lei; Chapter 4.6 700,000.00 lei; Chapter 5.1 Site organization – 260,000 lei; Chapter 6.2 Technological tests and trials – 484,756.54 lei. Total estimated value: 113,523,101.09 lei. The number of days for requesting clarifications before the deadline for submitting offers/applications is set by the contracting authority/entity at: 15 days. The contracting authority/entity will establish through the participation announcement one or two deadlines in which it will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information: 9 days.
