Advertising and Marketing Services for the Greek Company for Fair Development Transition

This contract involves providing publicity consulting services to the Greek Company for Fair Development Transition (METAVASI S.A.) to inform and promote the project for the restoration of post-lignite lands and soils. The project is implemented by the Public Power Corporation (PPC) under a Program Agreement and a related Share Purchase Agreement, funded by the Recovery and Resilience Facility of the European Union. The Publicity Consultant will: • Design and implement targeted actions to ensure coherent and effective communication to various audiences, including media and the public, and promote EU funding. • Monitor any changes in publicity requirements and take necessary actions for updates. • Design and manage a dedicated section on the METAVASI S.A. website to provide information about the ongoing project, including invitations, management procedures, press releases, etc., and link to the National Recovery and Resilience Plan website. Specifically, the contract includes providing publicity services for the "Fair Development Transition" program, which encompasses the following actions: o Action 1: Design and preparation of a Communication Strategy and Action Plan o Action 2: Design and production of informational promotional material and digital content for communication actions of the Communication Plan. o Action 3: Information, promotion, and publicity actions. o Action 4: Promotion and publicity actions on the internet and social media.
