Construction of Highway D1 Median Improvements

This contract involves the construction of a low-maintenance median strip for Highway D1 between kilometers 296 and 321. Key tasks include replacing the fill material in the median, constructing base and surface layers for the reinforced median, installing new guardrails, and repairing existing guardrails at median crossings (excluding repairs on bridges). Additionally, the project includes adjustments to inspection shafts for the central drainage system and measures to protect existing telematics lines within the median. The project also addresses the subsidence of the cement-concrete surface at kilometer 303.200 and the transition areas of bridge no. D1-366.3 over the Milenovský stream at kilometer 303.750. A new median crossing approximately 135 meters long will be constructed at around kilometer 303.0 as part of these repairs.
