Vascular Prostheses Supply for Surgical Department

This contract involves the ongoing supply of vascular patches to the Vascular Surgery Department for a period of 24 months. The supplier will deliver the goods as specified in the pricing form attached to the contract. During the contract period, the supplier will provide free storage of the goods at the buyer's location, referred to as 'consignment'. The supplier is required to replenish the consignment as needed and transfer ownership of the goods to the buyer upon collection. The buyer is not obligated to order all items listed in the pricing form if there is no demand, and the supplier agrees not to claim compensation for unordered items. The buyer guarantees a minimum order value of 70% of the maximum contract value during the contract period. This procurement is conducted through an open tender process, and the buyer will first evaluate the offers before qualifying the highest-rated supplier.
