Temporary Staffing Services for Bucharest's Creative Center

The Bucharest Creative, Art, and Tradition Center is seeking a framework agreement for temporary staffing services for a period of 24 months. This procurement aims to provide the necessary personnel to support the ongoing activities of the center, in accordance with its legal responsibilities. The framework agreement includes a minimum of 24 positions for 2 months and a maximum of 24 positions for 24 months. Subsequent contracts will have a minimum of 24 positions for 1 month and a maximum of 24 positions for 8 months. The contracting authority will respond to clarification requests on the 11th day before the deadline for submitting offers. Suppliers can request clarifications up to 18 days before the submission deadline.
