Planning Services for the Renovation of Hesselberg-Süd Primary School in Wittelshofen

The project involves the complete renovation of the two-story section of the school building constructed in 1973, which is currently in use. The upper floor will be designated for the Hesselberg-Süd Primary School, while the ground floor will accommodate a two-group kindergarten and all-day care services. The renovation process includes the demolition of the entrance area, creating a side access on the ground floor for temporary school use during the upper floor renovation, constructing a new entrance building, and renovating the upper floor. Additionally, a fire escape will be added on the west side for contractor access, and the flat roof will undergo complete renovation. After the new entrance building is completed, the school will move to the new upper floor, followed by the renovation and remodeling of the ground floor for the all-day care and kindergarten.
