Architectural and Engineering Services for Municipal Hall Renovation

The City of Lamballe-Armor is seeking a multidisciplinary team to undertake the project management for the renovation of the Pierre Lanoë municipal hall. The estimated budget for the construction work is €2,212,875 (as of January 2024). The required team must include a lead architect, structural engineers, fluid/thermal engineers, an economist, an acoustician, and an organization and project management (OPC) specialist. The project management tasks include the following phases: diagnostic study, preliminary design, detailed design, project management, partial execution verification, and final acceptance. Additionally, the selected contractor will be responsible for preparing the building permit application and any other necessary administrative documents for construction. This opportunity is being offered through a negotiated procedure in accordance with Article L 2124-3 of the Public Procurement Code.
