Event Organization for Public Presentations

This contract involves establishing a framework agreement for a duration of 48 months with a single supplier. The selected supplier will provide services as outlined in the tender documentation and its attachments. Under this framework agreement, the contracting authority will issue individual orders for specific services based on current needs. The services required include organizing public events such as open days for highways and the inauguration of new roads. Each event will be ordered separately in accordance with the framework agreement for each individual construction project.
