Romania – Firefighter Uniforms – Equipment for Military Personnel of I.G.S.U

This procurement procedure involves establishing framework agreements for the supply of military uniforms and equipment. The lots include: LOT 1 – "Jacket – Military Personnel for Men and Women", LOT 2 – "Long Sleeve Shirt – Military Personnel for Men and Women", LOT 3 – "Short Sleeve Shirt – Military Personnel for Men and Women", LOT 4 – "Shirt – Military Personnel for Men and Women". The military uniform items will be provided to military personnel through direct distribution, based on the regulations outlined in H.G. 1301/2006 and the annual logistical plans approved by the secondary budget authority. Following procurement procedures conducted in 2019-2020, I.G.S.U. established framework agreements for military equipment, under which subsequent contracts were signed based on needs and the approved annual budget for these expenses. Since the validity period of the previous framework agreements has expired, it is necessary to initiate a new procurement procedure to ensure the timely provision of the estimated equipment needed for military personnel in I.G.S.U. units for their daily service activities. Clarification requests regarding the procurement documentation must be submitted exclusively through SEAP (https://e-licitatie.ro) by accessing the "Questions" section of the ongoing procurement procedure. ATTENTION!!! To respect the principle of equal treatment, interested economic operators must comply with the provisions of ANAP notification no. 247 regarding the submission of clarification requests and additional information for procurement documentation. Attached documents in the "Questions" section must NOT contain identifying information, as they will become public upon the contracting authority's response. The frequency of awarding subsequent contracts is annual, depending on the contracting authority's needs and approved budget funds. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all clarification requests within 16 days before the deadline for submitting offers. Clarifications can be requested up to 25 days before the offer submission deadline.
