Renovation of Sanitary Area and Landing Halls at Maya Mare Water Park

Maya Mare Water Park, located in Halle (Saale), Germany, is set to undergo significant renovations in 2025 to enhance its appeal and modernize its facilities. The water park, which opened in 1999, features a water area of 1,331 m², including four water slides, a wave pool, a lazy river, and various other attractions, along with a sauna and wellness area and a fitness club, all designed in a Mexican style. The project includes the complete renovation of the sanitary area, where all flooring, building elements, and sanitary fixtures will be replaced while maintaining the existing room layout. It is crucial to preserve and protect the existing heated screed and floor drains during construction. Additionally, the screed and tiles in the landing halls of the slide facility will also be renewed.
