Purchase of 6 Low-Emission Diesel Buses for Public Transport

This contract involves the production and delivery of low-floor city buses powered by diesel fuel, which must meet the EURO VI emissions standard. All buses must be identical in technical parameters and specifications, featuring the same color scheme and equipment. They should be manufactured by the same producer, using the same components, ensuring uniformity across all vehicles. The contract is divided into two parts: 1. Part 1 - delivery of 4 MIDI class buses 2. Part 2 - delivery of 2 MEGA class buses. Detailed specifications, including requirements, technical parameters, and equipment that the offered buses must meet, are outlined in Attachments 1a/1b to the SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Order and Attachment 4 to the SWZ - Draft Contract Provisions. The subject of the order must comply with the DNSH principle (Do No Significant Harm). This investment is co-financed by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan under Investment: E1.1.2 Zero and low-emission public transport (buses).
