This contract involves the supply of educational furniture for pre-university and preschool institutions in Târgu Jiu, as part of the project aimed at improving the quality of educational infrastructure through the provision of digital equipment, furniture, and teaching materials. The specific requirements include: - 412 individual desks with adjustable height for classrooms at the Theological High School Saint Nicodemus Târgu Jiu - 17 teacher desks - 17 teacher chairs - 17 cabinets for storing teaching materials - 51 coat racks - 17 white glass magnetic boards (1000x2800mm) Suppliers can request clarifications or additional information regarding the procurement documentation up to 19 days before the deadline for submitting offers. Requests for clarifications must be submitted through the S.E.A.P. platform in the section dedicated to 'REQUEST FOR CLARIFICATIONS/QUESTIONS/COMMUNICATIONS'. Responses to these requests will be published in the S.E.A.P. platform in the relevant sections 11 days before the offer submission deadline. If the deadline for submitting offers is extended, the period for requesting clarifications will also be extended accordingly. Suppliers are required to adhere to the 'Do No Significant Harm' (DNSH) principle as outlined in the specifications and to submit a declaration confirming compliance with DNSH principles in the implementation of the project.
