Architectural and Engineering Services for Building Renovation and Sustainability in Apeldoorn

This contract involves creating a comprehensive advisory report and sustainable design for the renovation and sustainability of the Quintax Noord building, which houses the Dutch Tax and Customs Administration in Apeldoorn. The work includes support during the tendering process and contracting of the executing party, developing an execution design, reviewing production drawings, and providing assistance during the execution phase. The main objectives of the design assignment are: - To design the renovation of the Quintax Noord complex to achieve a sustainability label of A+ - To redesign the entrance and reception area of Quintax Noord based on user requirements and specifications - To outline the necessary major maintenance for the mechanical and electrical installations in the specifications and drawings. The scope of the assignment primarily includes: - Designing energy improvements (insulating the building envelope, major maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems, air-tightness work) - Designing other construction work (redesigning the entrance of the North building, creating a new transformer room, replacing sun shading, and other tasks). - Support during the tendering and contracting of the executing party - Execution design and support during implementation.
