Review of Business Planning Processes for ONR

The Office for Nuclear Regulation (ONR) is seeking a qualified service provider to assist in improving its business planning processes. This procurement is open to suppliers approved under the Crown Commercial Services (CCS) Framework RM6187, Lot 4 Finance. The selected provider will collaborate closely with ONR's Finance and Planning team to design and implement a new business planning process that will be in place before the next planning cycle starts in October 2025. Additionally, there may be a need for ongoing support to ensure the effective execution of this process until its completion. The aim is to create a more strategic and efficient planning process that enhances accountability and provides a clear direction for developing a three-year business plan.
