Road Construction Project in Macin, Tulcea County

This project involves road construction in the city of Macin, located in Tulcea County, Romania. The aim is to address vulnerabilities in the existing local roads caused by natural risk factors. The project will ensure minimal road infrastructure conditions and promote balanced regional development in the road transport network. The total length of the roads is 7,720.08 meters, with a paved surface area of 45,047.40 square meters. The sidewalks on the streets to be asphalted cover an area of 20,275.00 square meters, while the sidewalks for the remaining streets will cover 46,856.35 square meters. According to Article 160, paragraph (1), any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications regarding the awarding documentation 20 days before the deadline for submitting offers. If the deadlines specified in Article 161 of Law 98/2016 cannot be met, the contracting authority will provide responses to clarifications 10 days before the deadline for submitting offers.
