Supply of Spare Parts for Equipment and Vehicles

This contract involves the supply of spare parts necessary for the equipment and vehicles of the D.A.D.P. Sector 3 in Romania. It is divided into three lots: Lot I focuses on spare parts for ground preparation machinery, Lot II is for asphalt laying machinery, and Lot III covers spare parts for utility vehicles and dump trucks. Suppliers have 18 days to request clarifications before the deadline for submitting offers. The contracting authority will respond to all clarification requests on the 11th day before the submission deadline. Details regarding the maximum and minimum quantities for the framework agreement, as well as the largest and smallest subsequent contracts, can be found in the annexes to the specifications, which are part of the awarding documentation. The contracting authority reserves the right to purchase all products based on needs and the allocated budget for the framework agreement. The duration of the subsequent contract will be from the signing by both parties until all contractual obligations are fulfilled.
