Czech Republic – Architectural, Technical and Surveying Services – Complex Land Adjustments in Bohunice u Tvrzic

This public procurement contract involves the preparation of a proposal for comprehensive land adjustments (KoPÚ) in the cadastral area of Bohunice u Tvrzic. This includes necessary surveying work with a precision class designated for the restoration of the real estate cadastre according to the regulation No. 357/2013 Coll. on the cadastre of real estate. The proposal for KoPÚ will be prepared to be registered in the real estate cadastre and will serve as a basis for the land office's decision on the approval of the land adjustment proposal and decisions regarding the exchange or transfer of ownership rights. The proposal will be developed according to detailed specifications that correspond to the requirements outlined in regulation No. 13/2014 Coll. on the procedure for carrying out land adjustments and the requirements for the proposal of land adjustments. The entire cadastral area of Bohunice u Tvrzic is included in the scope of the comprehensive land adjustments. For plots that do not require resolution under § 2 of the law, a set of surveying information will be restored. The expected area of the addressed territory is 254.8751 hectares.
